AWS Community Day Trivandrum is organized by volunteers from AWS User Group Trivandrum. Nobody here does this full time, which is exactly why it works.

The organizing team for 2027 is being put together now. Names and roles appear here as the crew comes together. If you want to be one of them, the roles below are open.
Where we need hands
You do not need to be an AWS expert to volunteer. You need to be reliable on the day and up for a long one.
- Registration desk
- First face of the event: check-in, badges, and pointing people at the right room.
- Stage and sessions
- Keep rooms on time, introduce speakers, run the mic during questions.
- Workshops
- Float the room and help attendees who get stuck part way through.
- Photo and video
- Capture the day so the next edition has something to show.
- Social and content
- Post live, write the recap, keep the community in the loop.
AWS User Group Trivandrum
The same volunteers run monthly meetups at Technopark through the year. It is the easiest way to meet the crew before the day itself.
